Shipping service provider
We currently only ship with DHL.
DHL will make up to two delivery attempts. If you cannot be found on both attempts, the package will be available for collection at the nearest collection point for 7 working days. The package will then be returned to us. Please note the second half of the page for shipping times.

Shipping to non-EU countries
In countries such as Greenland or Switzerland, taxes and possible customs duties are levied by the respective import customs office, for which our customers have to pay. For further information, please contact the responsible customs office.

Ready to ship

Order is ready for dispatch in approx. 1-3 working days.
GERMANY : The delivery time is 2-4 working days or 1-2 working days for DHL Express (for orders before 12.30 p.m.)

EUROPE : The delivery time is 3 - 6 working days or 1-4 working days for DHL Express (for orders before 12.30 p.m.)

I NTERNATIONAL : The delivery time is 5 - 15 working days or 3-7 working days for DHL Express (for orders before 12.30 p.m.) . The delivery time may be delayed by the processing of the respective customs authority!
